1. What this page covers
PM3K is a TikTok Posting API and a small dashboard to manage your posting jobs.
This page explains how you can delete the data we store about you and your TikTok creator account.
2. What data we store
Depending on how you use PM3K, we may store the following categories of data:
-
TikTok account data — TikTok
open_id, creator ID and
basic profile identifiers we receive via OAuth; access and refresh tokens needed
to post on your behalf. We never receive your TikTok password.
-
PM3K account data — internal user ID, plan status (Free / trial / paid),
API key hash (not the raw key), usage counters and rate limit flags.
-
Posting jobs and statuses — job objects with media source information,
caption, timestamps, current status (scheduled / running / finished / failed),
and short error messages if TikTok returns an error.
-
Media files (optional) — whether you upload from the Dashboard
or use a Verified URL from your own domain, PM3K may temporarily store or buffer
media in order to send it to TikTok. PM3K-hosted media is removed automatically
after its limited retention window expires. When you use a Verified URL from your own
domain or storage provider, PM3K may temporarily download or buffer the media for the
purpose of creating the TikTok post. PM3K does not keep a permanent archive of that
source media.
-
Technical logs — minimal request and error logs (timestamps, IP,
HTTP status) for security, abuse prevention and debugging.
3. How to delete your data
3.1. Self-service from the Dashboard
If you still have access to your PM3K Dashboard, you can trigger deletion directly
from the product. To do this:
- Click Sign out in the navigation bar.
- On the sign-out screen, click Disconnect & revoke.
When you confirm Disconnect & revoke, PM3K will:
- Revoke and delete all TikTok access and refresh tokens associated with your account.
- Delete your TikTok creator profile data stored in PM3K (IDs and linkage).
- Delete your PM3K API key and related plan / usage metadata.
- Cancel all future or pending TikTok jobs for your creator ID.
- Delete any media files stored in PM3K storage for your creator ID that are still present.
Deleted TikTok access tokens and refresh tokens cannot be recovered. If you later decide
to reconnect PM3K, you will need to go through the TikTok OAuth consent screen again.
PM3K does not keep a permanent archive of media after it has been sent to TikTok.
PM3K cannot delete or modify posts on TikTok itself; only TikTok provides that functionality.
Note: jobs that have already been successfully sent to TikTok cannot be “un-posted” via PM3K.
To remove such posts you must delete them directly in the TikTok app or on tiktok.com.
In rare cases, due to storage propagation delays, a small number of media objects may remain
in temporary storage for a short time (typically under a few minutes) before the automatic
cleanup process removes them.
3.2. Deletion request by email
If you cannot access your PM3K Dashboard, you can request deletion by email.
Please write to [email protected] with the subject line
“Data deletion request” and include:
- Your TikTok username and a link to your TikTok profile.
- A short description of how you used PM3K (for example: “API-only”, “Dashboard + schedule”).
- Any job IDs, timestamps or error messages you see in PM3K (screenshots are fine).
For security reasons we may ask you to confirm ownership of the TikTok account — for example,
by temporarily adding a short verification code to your TikTok bio or making another small,
verifiable change that we will describe in our reply.
Once we can reasonably verify that you are the owner of the TikTok account, we will delete your data
as described above, normally within 30 days.
4. What may remain after deletion
After we delete your account-level data, PM3K may still retain:
-
Aggregated statistics — for example, total number of jobs per day
or total traffic volume. These aggregates do not contain identifiers that can be
reasonably linked back to you.
-
Technical and security logs — limited data we may need to keep
for a short period (typically up to 90 days) to detect abuse, protect our systems
and comply with our legal obligations.
-
Billing or accounting records — where required by applicable law
(for example, tax regulations). These records may include limited subscription metadata
(for example, PayPal subscription identifier, status, current paid-period end, grace-period end,
and access cutoff timestamps) needed for service operation and legal accounting.
These records do not include your TikTok tokens, media files, or full card details.
If you decide to use PM3K again after deletion, a new internal PM3K account record will be
created when you reconnect via TikTok OAuth. This new record is not linked to your previous
(deleted) data.
