For the fastest resolution, open the Support chat in the dashboard and send your message there.

The primary way to contact support is the Support Chat button inside the PM3K dashboard. Use the in-app chat for all technical questions and issues related to the PM3K dashboard, API, posting, scheduling, limits, plans, or billing.

Email is available at [email protected] for partnership proposals, business inquiries, and other non-technical messages. If you email about a technical issue, we may ask you to move the conversation to the in-app chat so we can troubleshoot properly.

Monthly subscription management and future charge cancellation are handled through PayPal.

If you need an invoice or billing document and cannot get a suitable record through PayPal, contact support via the Support button/chat. We can help provide an invoice link or billing document for eligible transactions.
